TRANSACTIONS
By placing an order within this Website or through other Panoplie sales channels such as telephone orders, mail orders or our physical stores, 1). you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, such as your credit card number and its expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information 2). you represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card that you submit in connection with a transaction. 3). you represent and warrant that you are an adult over the age of 18 and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept most major electronic payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and G Pay online and in store. This may vary over time based on the facilities our third-party payment processor adds or removes from their service.
For payments that exceed $10,000.00 Panoplie reserves the right to request a bank transfer or add 3% surcharge to other electronic payment methods at its sole discretion.
LICENSE & WEBSITE ACCESS
Panoplie grants you a non-exclusive, limited license (the “Limited License”) to access and make personal use of this Website and you agree not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Panoplie. Unless explicitly granted, this Limited License does not include any resale or commercial use of this Website or its contents or any derivative use of this Website or its contents. In the event that you engage in any unauthorized use of this Website, the Limited License will immediately be terminated.
PRODUCTS
Our products are vintage and artisanal items that are sold as is and often show imperfections. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on this Website. We cannot guarantee that your devices monitor display of any color will be accurate.
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

RETURN POLICY
All sales on vintage, art, and custom items are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. For new production items that are not damaged or used, we offer a 7-day return policy for a store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
